Q. What areas do you cover?
A. Our main coverage area is in and around East Sussex although each job is considered on merit so if you live out of this area please ring or email and we will endeavour to meet your requests.
Q. What services do you provide?
A. HWE carpet & upholstery cleaning. Interior steam cleaning of hard flooring & work surfaces. High Speed Rotary cleaning & polishing of internal hard floors. High pressure surface cleaning of drives, patios, etc. Pre & Post Tenancy / spring cleaning. Contract cleaning of offices. Q. Can you quote a price over the phone?
A. Many factors need to be taken into account when providing a price, which is why we like to carry out a full survey of the cleaning area before giving an accurate price. We can provide an estimate over the phone but this would not be binding and a full accurate quote would be given on arrival.
Q. Do I need to be home?
A. No, we can arrange to pick up keys prior to the clean or from a reasonable distance on the day. We can also clean whilst you are at work as long as we have access and you can rest assured that your property will be in safe hands.
Q. How do I organise a survey/quote?

Q. How long does the carpet cleaning take?
A. This can vary depending on factors such as how soiled the carpet is, how much furniture needs to be moved, spots & stains that need to be dealt with, etc. but on average after set up (20 mins) approximately 30-45 mins per room.
Q. Do I have to clear the room of furniture, etc?
A. We only ask if possible to clear the room of light & free standing objects that may obstruct us during cleaning. Plus it is advisable to remove any delicate, fragile or expensive items that may be accidently damaged. Heavy items of furniture can be worked around or moved if required during cleaning.
Q. How long does the carpet take to dry?
A. On average 2-4 hours, depending on room size, humidity & air flow. After the cleaning process we open windows and use a turbo dryer to aid in air flow.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You can make payment by either cash or cheque. A receipt will be given.
Q. Do you guarantee you service?
A. Yes. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the results then we will come back and clean it again free of charge.
