There is always plenty to sort out when moving property and usually you need all the help you can get, so the last thing you want to do is have to spring clean before you move in and/or out.

As I'm sure your aware most landlords will require that the property is left in a reasonably clean state to refund your deposit. This may be as little as removing stains on walls or carpets or a complete spring clean making it suitable for the new tenants.

Because different properties require different levels of cleanliness & various time scales to complete we carry out a full detailed survey of the premises prior to providing you with an accurate quote in writing.
